Contact our support team or visit our gallery front desk with your order number and receipt to begin the return process.

Prepare the Package

Ensure the items are in their original, unused condition and securely placed in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Ship or Drop Off

Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or bring it directly to our downtown Dayton studio.

Receive Refund

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
